OXBOW, N.D. - In this photo by the U.S. Coast Guard, a Small Boat Station St. Clair Shores, Mich. airboat sits ready for response to the 2009 midwest flooding, Wednesday, March 25, 2009. "We started at 9:30 a.m. today patrolling the affected areas. The first time we went out we pulled two people and one dog from a house. They were very grateful to be on the boat. Everyone has remained calm and has been very cooperative," said Petty Officer 2nd Class John Milan, small boat coxswain.
