Sailors from Naval Medical Clinic Pearl Harbor planned and participated in the ceremony, where a flag was flown over the Arizona Memorial and then sent to Somerset County, Pennsylvania, where it will be flown regularly above the future Flight 93 Memorial, commemorating those who perished in the United Airlines Flight 93 on September 11, 2001.
