The upper one is ~Shefokh~ (pour out), at the introductory passage for the second part of the Hallel: 'Pour out your wrath' (Psalm 79:6); the lower one is ~Lo~ (not), at the beginning of Psalm 115: 'Not to us, Oh Lord, not to us'. Image taken from f. 26v of Haggadah for Passover (the 'Hispano-Moresque Haggadah'). Written in Hebrew.
