Daniel Brooks House, Brooks Road, Lincoln, Middlesex County, MA
Summary
Significance: Believed to have been started in 1695 by Daniel Brooks, the house has had several later additions and alterations. It remains as one of the finer preserved examples of a late 17th and early 18th century small house in Lincoln which was associated with the Brooks family. Although the central brick chimney stack has been removed and replaced by rear chimneys, the interior room scale and details are noteworthy. It is currently the residence of Miss Constance Conary.
