The load team, part of the 377th ABW Readiness Program, works an F-16's fuel pod up into the cargo bay of a C-5 Galaxy aircraft. The Readiness Program includes personnel from 377th Support, Logistics, Civil Engineer and Medical Groups. The 377th personnel were assisting in deployment of the 150th New Mexico Air National Guard to Aviano, Italy for Operation Decisive Endeavor; the peace keeping mission in Bosnia.
