Circle, AK, July 15, 2014 -- Mennonite Disaster Services volunteers repair a handicap accesible ramp on this disaster survivors home, which was damaged by a severe flooding event in May of 2013. After recovery measures were suspended late in 2013 due to the extreme winter weather, FEMA, The State of Alaska, and the volunteers are back to work to complete the rebuilding and repair to those disaster survivors who are eligible for individual assistance.
