Circle, AK, July 15, 2014 --Mennonite Disaster Services volunteer Mark Stulnbawa mounts boards on an handicap accesible ramp for a disaster survivors home which was damaged by a severe flooding event in May of 2013. After recovery measures were suspended late in 2013 due to the extreme winter weather; FEMA, The State of Alaska, and the volunteers are back at work to complete the rebuilding and repair for those disaster survivors who are eligible for individual assistance.
