ANNAPOLIS, Md. (Jul. 22, 2010) Children who attend the Child Development Center at Naval Support Activity Annapolis participate in the groundbreaking ceremony for a new Child Development Center. Also participating in the ceremonial dig were Capt. Donald Campbell, public works officer for Naval Support Activity Annapolis; the project contractor Hasan Askari; Michelle Jackson, deputy director of the Child Development Center; Vice Adm. Jeffery Fowler, superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy; Jodee Vaseleck, Naval District Washington's regional child youth program director; and Capt. Robert Winsor, commanding officer of Naval Support Activity Annapolis. The center is scheduled to open summer 2011 and will accommodate 162 children.
