Capt. Andrew W. Cleveland (right), a graduate of the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program, Department of Orthopaedics, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, receives his diploma from Maj. Justin S. Mitchell, associate director of the Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program, during WBAMC’s Graduate Medical Education graduation at the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy, Fort Bliss, June 18. The WBAMC GME program trains physicians, medical students and other health care professionals by placing equal emphasis on patient care, teaching and research. The William Beaumont Army Medical Center Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program integrates the unique aspects of military orthopedic surgery with the academic requirements of the Residency Review Committee of the Accrediting Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The training program provides a well-rounded experience in the many specialties within the realm of Orthopedic Surgery.
