Summary
Canadian army soldiers assigned to the 1st and 2nd Royal Canadian Regiment from the International Security Assistance Force take a break from routine maintenance at Camp Tombstone, Oct. 17, 2008. The soldiers are part of the Operational Mentor Liaison Team that helps to train Afghan national army soldiers in southern Afghanistan. ISAF is assisting the Afghan government in extending and exercising its authority and influence across the country, creating the conditions for stabilization and reconstruction.
