US Navy (USN) ENSIGN (ENS) Michael Betsch onboard the Oliver Hazard Perry Class Guided Missile Frigate USS CURTS (FFG 38) watches as the ship makes its way past the Indian Navy offshore patrol ship INS SUKANYA (P 50) upon arrival at Chennai, India. The CURTS is here for a four-day port visit and associated participation in the third SOUTH ASIA SEARCH and RESCUE EXERCISE (SAREX).
