Summary
Significance: The historic site as it exists today has been severely compromised. Roughly one-third of the original buildings remain. New construction has not been in keeping with the original one story wood frame buildings. Despite the loss of integrity, the site it significant for its association with World War II army hospital operations and early Veterans Administration hospital history.
