Ayn Seong-doo (center), the Korean ambassador to Afghanistan, takes questions during a press conference before the graduation ceremony at the Korean Vocational Training Center Dec. 5. The KVTC represents a significant commitment to Afghanistan's economy, training young Afghans in several different practical skill areas such as computers, electronics, automotive repair, and carpentry.
