AUSTRALIAN ARMY BASE ROBORTSON BARRACKS, Australia – U.S. Army and Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force soldiers pose for a photo with indigenous Australians performers after a Welcome to Country ceremony on May 16, 2017. Both services will join U.S. Marines with Marine Rotational Force Darwin and soldiers with the Australian Defence Force in participating in exercise Southern Jackaroo, which is designed to improve readiness, interoperability and partnership between all the services.
