Summary
Metal point that tapers to point. Tip bound with raw hide. Joint behind bound with raw hide. Shaft is of grass-like structure with growth splotches. Feathers bound with raw hide. Notch secured with raw hide but is broken off. Notch end of shaft is painted red for distance of 3" with two black lines 1/2" apart.
