HYBRID PERPETUALS. These roses are hardy and very free bloomers. We have added many new varieties, and our collection now includes the choicest kinds. A very rich soil is essential in grow- ing roses, and it is well to apply a heavy dressing of manure in the fall. In the spring the bushes should be well cut back.
