Prince Roland Napoleon Bonaparte was a French prince and scientist who was born on 19 May 1858 in Paris, France. He was the son of Prince Pierre Napoleon Bonaparte and Princess Clotilde of Savoy. Prince Roland was a prominent figure in the field of anthropology and ethnography. He was a member of several scientific societies and made significant contributions to the study of human evolution and prehistoric archaeology. He also took a keen interest in zoology and botany. In addition to his scientific pursuits, Prince Roland was known for his philanthropy and social work. He founded several charitable organisations and worked tirelessly to improve the lives of the poor and disadvantaged. Prince Roland died on 14 April 1924 in Paris, France, at the age of 65. He is remembered as a brilliant scientist, a compassionate humanitarian and a respected member of the Bonaparte family.
