PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 04, 2017) Sailors inspects the landing gear of an F/A-18F Super Hornet, assigned to the "Redcocks" of Strike Fighter Attack Squadron (VFA) 22, on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71). Theodore Roosevelt is underway for a regularly scheduled deployment to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts.
