A U.S. F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft from the 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard (COANG), Buckley Air Force Base, Colo., completes a fly-by maneuver over Papa Air Base, Hungary. The 140th Wing is here to train with our NATO allies in Hungary, and partner nations around the region in the biggest air operation since the Balkans with eight states and five countries involved in the Panther Strike exercise in conjunction with Operation Atlantic Resolve.
