Summary
Print shows a man and a woman negotiating the fee for the services of a young woman standing to the right; they are outside the "New Tea Room" with entrance through an arch labeled "Designed by Avarice ... Executed by Policy", the pillars on either side are labeled "Vice" and "Folly", and a broadsheet states "Private Theatricals this and every evening by the Rising Generation."
