A Facilities Protection Service (FPS) instructor collects exam papers after the final exam. Twenty-nine Iraqi women became the first female Facilities Protection Service (FPS) guards in Iraqs Ministry of Water Resources, after completing a three-day training course taught by Iraqi FPS officers. Their training included sessions on ethics, standards of professionalism, search and seizure, and weapons familiarization. The women will serve alongside male counterparts guarding buildings, dams, and other ministry facilities. The classes are taking place during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM
