Significance: This flat-roofed Sonoran adobe apartment block blends into the South Meyer Avenue streetscape of long, low apartment rows, although it is not contiguous to any of the other structures. The flush-fronted building has been recently restuccoed and repainted, with a decorative mural added to the north wall. The brick coping around the front and the side parapets is an element not found elsewhere along this section of South Meyer Avenue.
