Summary
Significance: This row of adobe apartments facing both W. 17th Street and S. Eighth Avenue (an extension of S. Convent Ave.) bears a resemblance to other apartments on this block facing onto W. 17th Street and S. Meyer Avenue. These flat-roofed Sonoran buildings were all constructed by Juan Pascale, an Italian carpenter who owned this half-block.
