436th Airlift Wing senior leaders use the buddy system to check their personal protective equipment prior to being exposed to tear gas during a Tactics and Leadership Nexus (TALN) challenge Oct. 27, 2020, on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Senior leaders participated in TALN, a first-of-its-kind integrative combat and leadership facility. TALN includes group leadership challenges, first aid, chemical defense and combat simulations.
