Upon the shoulders of these men rests the responsibility of caring for the 30,000 Boy Scouts from all parts of the world now encamped in the Capitol for the National Jamboree. A special license was issued by Federal Communications Commissions for the set, which will carry no commercial programs but will be used to carry news of the Jamboree to Scouts thoughout the world who were unable to make the trip to Washington. 62637
