Ali Al Jamaey, a retired Royal navy of Oman (RNO) officer, asks a question during a discussion on international norms and standards at NWC’s 15th Regional Alumni Symposium held in the Omani capital of Muscat. The two-day event, hosted in partnership with the RNO, brings together 82 NWC alumni and regional stakeholders from 14 nations to discuss common challenges in the region.
