The Thunderbolts, along with all Carrier Air Wing One aircraft, are on their way home after completing an eight-month deployment as part of the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group. Theodore Roosevelt is operating in the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of operations as part of a worldwide deployment en route to its new homeport in San Diego to complete a three-carrier homeport shift.
