150525-M-DN141-003 JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (May 25, 2015) – A Sailor aboard the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) renders honors as the ship passes the USS Arizona Memorial upon arrival at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam for Pacific Partnership 2015. Now in its 10th iteration, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multilateral humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. In addition to training for crisis conditions, Pacific Partnership has provided medical care to approximately 270,000 patients and veterinary services to more than 38,000 animals.
