THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE IS SPECIALLY INSULATED, WITH MUCH OF THE EXTERIOR COVERED IN LOW-EMISSIVITY GLASS THAT DEFLECTS HEAT TO REDUCE COOLING COSTS WITHIN.
