(Sept. 10, 2005) - Mexican Sailors assigned to the Mexican amphibious ship ARM Papaloapan (P-411) debark a U.S. Navy Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) as they prepare to work on rehabilitation projects in the Biloxi, Miss. area. The Mexican Navy is assisting the U.S. Navy in providing humanitarian assistance to victims of Hurricane Katrina. The Navy's involvement in the humanitarian assistance operations is being led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in conjunction with the Department of Defense.
