MAXIL- The observation and treatment oflarge numbers of cases of this class hasmade it possible to outline certain con-ditions and results that may be so fully the orthodontists and dentists in thispromised increase of their usefulness areso great that their due consideration isimperative. Inthis case there were not only peculiarities of growth of shoulderblades and other parts,but a correspondingly limited mentality. Just how much benefit maxillary expansionmay ultimately accomplish for this patient of twenty-five years it is too early to attemptto decide, but a measure of relief has been given to his almost constant headaches, andother symptoms of frontal sinus disease seem to have abated or entirely disappeared.
