STAs are Gulfstream II business jets that are modified to mimic the shuttle's handling during the final phase of landing. Practice landings are part of standard training before space shuttle Endeavour's STS-134 launch to the International Space Station. Endeavour's six crew members are at Kennedy for the launch countdown dress rehearsal called the Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test (TCDT) and related training. The package will be mounted to the side of the two-story-tall spacecraft beneath a pallet carrying cameras and other space instruments that will be used to study the Saturnian system. A specially designed, multicolored patch of thermal blanket material will be installed over the disk package. Along with the spacecraft, the disk will reside in Saturn's orbit centuries after the primary mission is completed in July 2008. An indentation in a micrometeoroid debris panel on the exterior of the Destiny Laboratory module is indicated by an arrow in an enhanced section of the image provided by the Image Science and Analysis Group at the Johnson Space Center. Analysis of this image and additional video indicates that the indentation is not from a debris strike, but is consistent with flat spots seen on other areas that are likely the result of significant temperature changes.
