Levis, President of the Owens-Illinois Glass Company, largest glass producers in the country, today took the stand before Government Monopoly Investigators. It was revealed in his testimony that Hartford Empire Co. paid part of its royalties on glass manufacturing patents over to Owens-Illinois from 1924 to 1935.
