W. 36 3/4 perches up said road to a corner of Beech Street, thence up said street N. 85⁰. W. 27 perches to a corner of land formerly Edward Roberts'; thence by said land S. 1⁰. E. 45 perches to Peggs Run, thence down said run, N. 78⁰. E. 28 perches to the place of beginning.
