U.S. Army Sgt. Ryan Rowley, a squad leader assigned to 2nd Platoon, Company D, 1st Battalion, 143rd Infantry Regiment (Airborne), 36th Infantry Division, attached to the Paktiya Provincial Reconstruction Team, provides over watch during a security halt, Sept. 5, 2012.
