Dish, 16th century (CH 18613079)

A wide rim with turned-over edge runs around a shallow dish with raised central boss. Scrolled cartouches are engraved with scenes from the chase and the Bible. In a round central medallion, a scrolled shield flanked by standing angels. Borders of bound fillets, interlacing lines and scrolling. Back fully engraved with foliation and a guilloche about shoulder. Engraved with name: Daniel D. Hanna.
