Major Omaar Hernandez, the assistant air officer with Regimental Combat Team-7, repeats the oath of office after being promoted to his current rank here, July 2. Hernandez, a native of Orlando, is preparing to deploy with RCT-7 to Helmand province, Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
