Balkan Air Force aircraft are operating in close support of the Yugoslav army. South African Air Force rocket firing Beaufighter aircraft carried out an attack on the enemy garrison village at St Vid near Ljubljana, in northern Yugoslavia, in an area where bitter fighting was in progress between the Germans and the Yugoslav army.
