明萬曆三十八年劉龍田刻本 四周單欄 白口 無魚尾 版匡高18.0+3.0寬12.3公分； 補：鈐印二："田安府芸臺印"，朱文大方印；"田藩文庫"，墨文長方印.
下欄十行十九字，註文雙行字同，上欄雙行六字. Lower column: ten lines, with nineteen characters per line, and notes in paired lines with the same number of characters; upper column, paired lines of six characters per line.
原題:「濟南李攀龍于鱗甫編選，常熟錢謙益受之評註」。校以袁宏道本，內容大致相同，惟此本又較簡略耳。此本在袁本前，然此兩本之前，當更有一祖本，為此兩本所從出;疑即唐汝詢蔣一葵註解本也。此本卷末有:「萬曆庚戌秋月書林劉龍田鐫」牌記，龍田書坊名喬山堂。設在建陽之書林。是年春謙益以第三名成進士，入翰林，而秋月刻書，即託之「錢太史」。又是年進士第一名為韓敬，故又以序文託之。書林與館閣相呼應，其影響之捷快有如此者! 李攀龍(序) 韓敬(序).
