With heavy cloud cover, the generator for the polycab is finally placed. The Romanian Stablization Force (SFOR) soldiers were able to get the generator in place by using a M998 High-Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) to pull it up the ramp and onto the concrete slab during Operation JOINT GUARDIAN. JOINT GUARDIAN is part of NATO's actions to promote regional stability, cooperation and security, in support of the international community. It's main aim is to allow safe return of refugees and displaced persons, to help alleviate human suffering and to achieve a peace settlement in Kosovo
