160328-N-XN177-104 YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 28, 2016) – The amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) arrives at Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. Germantown, part of the Bonhomme Richard Expeditionary Strike Group (BHRESG), was visiting FLEACT Yokosuka as part of a regularly scheduled port visit for training and maintenance. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
