An Afghan National Army soldier holds up his certificate during a graduation ceremony held in Musa Qal’eh, Jan. 27. The certificates were given in recognition of completing the Advanced Training Course. The Afghan soldiers received their certificates from Lt. Col. Dan T. Canfield, the commanding officer of 1st Battalion, 8th Marines, Regimental Combat Team 8, during the ceremony.
