U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Sean Ruth, explosive ordinance disposal technician and augmentee to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), performs an operational check of the CEIA Compact Metal Detector Nov. 13, 2015, in the Vietnamese National Forest, Vietnam, in preparation to clear an area for continued excavation in search of missing service members from the Vietnam War.
