U.S. Navy Builder 2nd Class John Llewellyn, with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5, First Naval Construction Division, smooths the surface of wet concrete on the pad of a multipurpose room that is being built at Ban Piang School as part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2013 (CG 13), San Pa Tong district, Chiang Mai , Kingdom of Thailand, Jan. 26.
