(Dec. 2, 2010) A chief hospital corpsman instructs Reserve component hospital corpsmen assigned to Operational Health Support Unit Portsmouth as they apply a tourniquet to a mannequin during Tactical Combat Casualty Care training at Craney Island Naval Reservation in Portsmouth.
