FALLON, Nev. (June 26, 2009) Vice Adm. Thomas J. Kilcline, commander, Naval Air Forces, right, pins the Distinguished Service Medal on Rear Adm. Mark T. Emerson during Naval Strike and Air Warfare Centers change of command ceremony on board Naval Air Station Fallon. Following the change of command ceremony, Emerson retired following 33 years of naval service.
