Arabian Gulf (Feb. 26, 2003) -- Flight deck personnel aboard USS Constellation (CV 64) remove wheel chocks and tie-down chains during the launch of a HH-65A Dolphin search and rescue helicopter, assigned to the U.S. Coast Guard High Endurance Cutter USCGC Boutwell (WHEC 719) on the ship’s flight deck.
