U.S. Marine Corps mortar men with Company B, 1st Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, Marine Rotational Force – Darwin (MRF-D), Lance Cpl. Alex Fuentes, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida native, and Lance Cpl. Joshua Trivino, an Ogden, Utah native, grasp a mortar before participating in training involving Australian Armored Personnel Carriers (APC) during Exercise Predator Walk in Mount Bundey Training Area, Northern Territory, Australia, May 23. APC were used to familiarize the Marines with the Australian military’s capabilities. Predator Walk displays the abilities of MRF-D in operating with Australian partners in military aspects.
