Mike Banks, Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 263 (Reinforced), 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), powerline mechanic and native of Louisville, Miss., inspects the tail of an AV-8B Harrier after an air-to-air and air-to-ground combat exercise with French air force Mirage 2000 pilots at French Airbase 188.
