U.S. Army Spcs. David Hamilton, Quentin Bradford, and Spencer Smith, all air traffic control specialists for 3rd Battalion, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, Task Force Corsair, conduct aircraft movement on their flight line on Forward Operating Base Shank April 11. The air traffic controllers at FOB Shank oversee the movement of hundreds of aircraft every day without the benefit of the advanced technology available to their civilian counterparts in the States.
